Research Group Information
Our group studies physical chemistry of polymers and supramolecular materials – how they form, age and experience physical stimuli. One of the best tools for this task is imaging and we develop new molecules which can help imaging polymer mechanics and performing measurements of stresses and strains in these materials. Along the way we learn a lot about the physical chemistry of small molecule sensors and discover new properties which move our imaging techniques further.
