Mindfulness workshop for Chemical Engineering students by Marleen
Mindfulness simply means being aware of the present moment. By noticing your thoughts, sensations and behavior, you learn to make conscious choices instead of reacting automatically. By training your attention, you will be able to focus better, become more aware of your body’s signals and (unbeneficial) fixed patterns and habits. In this workshop we will show you how to implement mindfulness practices to help you become calmer and be able to better structure your mind for a healthier and more successful life.
