 wo-year traineeship developed specifically for the energy transition field
 . The trainees work four days a week at one of participating organizations
  during that period. The fifth day is the trainee day. Then the trainee wo
 rks on personal development through training\, peer review and coaching. I
 n addition\, the trainees learn to work together with their fellow trainee
 s on challenging projects at the participating organizations. Want to hear
