Come and meet Nationaal Energietraineeship at the lunch lecture of Thursday the 8th of June.
Jacob Froling will tell you about their two-year traineeship developed specifically for the energy transition field. The trainees work four days a week at one of participating organizations during that period. The fifth day is the trainee day. Then the trainee works on personal development through training, peer review and coaching. In addition, the trainees learn to work together with their fellow trainees on challenging projects at the participating organizations. Want to hear more about it?
