Iziyi Hodayfa, former Chemical Engineering student from the TU Delft, will come to tell you more about what Kearney does as a strategy consultancy. He will do this by telling you about two different cases Kearney is working on.
Case 1: Redesigning the product portfolio of household cleaning products for a fast-moving consumer goods multinational
In this case we redesigned the product portfolio for a client by combining the right (chemical) knowledge of the products (product perspective) and a good understanding of consumer needs (market perspective). By considering chemical effectiveness, market attractiveness, profitability, sustainability and other relevant factors we came up with creative solutions to improve the product compilation helping the client target its customers in a more effective way.
Case 2: Rapid assessment and set-up of a holistic transformation program for a global broadcasting & production company
In this case we assessed in 6 weeks what caused deterioration of the company’s profitability and identified levers to ensure business continuity. Together with the client we set-up an 1-2 year program to transform the entire company and address the key challenges faced to improve profitability.
