Complex Problem Solving

The world is getting more complex by the minute. Influencing trends are Big Data, IoT, Cyber Security & Privacy, Baby Boomers, and many more. And if the world is getting more complex, so are our problems. But how do you solve complex problems? With trial and error?
We don’t think so and you won’t either. There are a lot of frameworks & problem solving approaches that tell us WHAT to do WHEN and WHO needs to do it. They do not teach us HOW to solve problems and that is exactly what you’ll be experiencing in this hands-on, do it yourself workshop!
